Publication “Analysis of disciplinary decisions from 2020 and cross-section of compliance with recommendations from 2020” was finalised in May by the Project. The subject of the analysis was the practice of the disciplinary bodies of the High Judicial Council during 2020, as well as determining whether the recommendations given in the previous analysis "Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges in Serbia Updated Review of the Legal Framework and Practice" were taken into account in the conducting of disciplinary bodies. It was concluded that the most of the recommendations were adopted, i.e. implemented, which is an important step towards improving the implementation and increasing the efficiency of disciplinary proceedings for judges.
